- Electronic Bill Pay (eBill) via online

Electronic Bill Pay (eBill)
We are excited to announce Electronic Bill Pay (eBill), our new online bill pay option! With Partners Healthcare eBill, you can now pay your healthcare bills online for physician services. Easy and safe, you have the option to pay using your credit card or checking account 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Registration:
Registering for eBill is simple and convenient. Patient Gateway is the secure link between you, your doctor's office, and Partners Healthcare. Through Patient Gateway, you will now also have access to your healthcare bills. We invite you to join today. Enroll online at https://www.patientgateway.org to create a Patient Gateway account. If you already have a Patient Gateway account, you will automatically receive an email notifying you when your bill is available.

Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and electronic check payments.

Payment Plans
If you are not able to pay your account in full, we offer payment plans. To set up a plan, you may speak with one of our Customer Service representatives who can assist with arranging flexible payment options (budget plans) upon request. If you have questions about your physician bill, please contact a Customer Service representative.

Financial Assistance
